Project Overview

Developing a comprehensive and visually engaging online platform for Haus Hirsch, a real estate agency, to highlight its diverse portfolio of properties and wide range of services. The website will serve as an interactive tool for potential buyers and renters to explore listings.

Challenges

In this project, some of the key challenges stem from the diverse needs of both homebuyers and property investors. One challenge is delivering a platform that balances simple, intuitive navigation for casual users while also providing detailed data for investors. Another hurdle is the complexity of real estate data—making property price trends and investment insights easy to understand is crucial. Additionally, the platform must avoid overwhelming users by presenting a lot of information, which means keeping the design clean and clear while offering in-depth tools like the mortgage calculator and market overview charts. Lastly, ensuring compatibility across all devices is essential for a seamless experience, whether users are on mobile or desktop.

Resolving Problem

Simplifying complex real estate data through interactive charts and clear tooltips will make it easier for users to understand market trends without feeling overwhelmed. To prevent information overload, the design should prioritize a clean, minimalist layout, where advanced features are available but not in the user’s face.

Results

we focused on making the platform work for different kinds of users. For homebuyers, we kept things simple and easy to use, while for investors, we added more detailed data and tools. We simplified the complex real estate data with easy-to-read charts and helpful tooltips so users can understand market trends without getting lost.

Conclusions

Real Simpli aims to empower users by offering them intuitive tools for property discovery and investment analysis. The platform’s UX focuses on clarity, ease of use, and data accessibility to make the process of property search and investment seamless, whether users are casual homebuyers or seasoned investors.
